Staff

These are the bios of the Adylheim staff. Their continuing mission: to explore this strange new world - to nurture new players, and maintain civilization - and to eat cookies. Yummy, yummy cookies. All staff are volunteers, and all have or have had characters of their own on the site.

Admins

Admins are moderators who also administrate the technological aspects of the site. They do everything Moderators and Tech Monkeys do, and also adjudicate out-of-character questions and conflicts, review character profiles, oversee world development, and set and enforce site rules.

Clueless Sin is currently enrolled in the Carnegie Institute for Evil Overlords with a major in Chemical Horrors and a minor in Cthulian Monstrosities. When not writing, he enjoys spending his spare time watching anime and snuggling little cute things. His sleep schedule is, by far, the most messed up of the admins due to an experiment gone terribly wrong. Or just the stress of keeping track of his legion of cybernetically enhanced, brainwashed little girls.

In his spare time, he likes cooking.

Horo is a recovering chocoholic with a penchant for apples. She may also occasionally sport some wolf ears. Horo is very bad at making accidental huge screw ups, so if the website suddenly disappears one day, you'll know who to blame. She also has an evil twin locked away in the basement who occasionally manages to break out, but we don't like to talk about that. Horo also has a disturbing and frankly strange addiction to bad soap operas.

What's Horo listening to?

The Mad Professor is a recent escapee from a mental institute. Rumour has it he sleeps only two hours every day while listening to the crying of little children. His only current possession is a straightjacket into which he has embroidered his bold plan for the future and the design schematics for a small doomsday machine. Unfortunately, plans of world domination are on hold due to the unstable nature of the flux capacitator.

Moderators

While players can moderate themselves and each other, Moderators are community members who have volunteered to take up extra moderation duties. Their duties also include the adjudication of in-character conflicts between player characters and, when appropriate, awarding experience at the ends of threads.

Gamblor is an internet worm posting from the computers of random people across the internet, especially anyone who accesses his staff page. Nevertheless, he's engaged to Horo, who will be heartbroken if you delete him from your system. Thus, guilt is his main defense against the forces of cyber security. His interests include stuffed jalapenos, animals, reading random articles on Wikipedia, and renaming folders in your hard drive.

Skayster

Skayster can usually be found daydreaming in the sky while munching on a krokan, dressed in white and wishing that her hair was the same colour. Addicted to photoshop, but even more so to anime and dragons. Currently in possession of 1512 dragon pictures, all different yes. In her free time Skayster dedicates her life to checking if the straps are all tight on The Mad Professor's jacket.

Tech Monkeys

Tech monkeys are community members who focus solely on the technological aspects of the site. Their duties include backups, maintenance, and assorted web-related gruntwork.

Button

Button is a big red button who used to be a duck. Her hobbies include buttoning, unbuttoning, and setting off doomsday devices. By belittling her fellow buttons on the keyboard in the right order, she depresses each in turn and manages to successfully navigate the internet; in fact, she so enjoys their suffering that she's taken up computer programming for a living. Surely she will one day receive her comeuppance, but in the meantime,
