So Little Time

There's one main reason why I hate, hate, hate working. And that is: it eats up way too much of my spare time. Lately I haven't managed to get anything done at all. Maybe I have too many hobbies, because I can't seem to fit them all in anymore (and barely could when I had no job.)

I'm seriously behind in Adylheim again, I have modifications to do and threads that are waiting for me to post in. I've spent so far, about three weeks turning a pre-1923 book into HTML and the end is not in sight.

Juggling

I'm having problems lately trying to fit in everything I need to do. I have so many threads to reply to (which I <3), but I can never keep up with all of them. Also being mostly in charge of the technical side of things, this keeps me occupied for hours at a time, which prevents me posting, sometimes for days on end. And Adylheim isn't the only website I contribute to. Not only that, but it seems to be problem after problem after problem.

My Favourite Albums

Pure Randomness. I was just thinking about this and thought I'd list them. In no particular order:

The Origin of Symmetry - Muse
Demon Days - Gorillaz
Jackinabox - Turin Brakes
See Through this and Leave - The Cooper Temple Clause
Dark Passion Play - Nightwish
Morning View - Incubus
Ta Det Lugnt - Dungen
Elodia - Lacrimosa
Vinland Saga - Leaves' Eyes

Project Wonderful

Project Wonderful is an advertising service, I guess you could say, for people who can't really afford advertising. Basically, you bid on adspace, which can range to anything from a cent to 15 or 16 dollars. Naturally, at the moment, we're bidding in cents Wink However, the last couple of days since we started paid advertising we've already got a few new accounts so it seems to be paying off (ahahaha.

In Which Horo Gets a Job

Yes, its true! After two and a half years of unemployment, I finally managed to get some poor sap to hire me!

But seriously. It is much welcome because my cashflow has been like non-existent for the past six months. But here's the good news! I start on Thursday, and after two induction days I only work 12 hours a week. Which is enough to cover the rent, plus a marginal amount of pocket money. But it also gives me plenty of time to spend on Adylheim still.

Because people who find employment tend to leave us. Boo Sad I shall not be going down that road!
